The Nordaas Experience

At Nordaas American Homes you can expect a wide array of services and amenities to facilitate the home building process.  A visit to our design center is sure to impress!  We have hands-on examples of our high quality building materials which include custom plans, cabinetry, interior and exterior stone, siding, roofing, windows, flooring, and countertops. Your experience would not be complete without a tour of our beautiful model home located a short distance from our design center.   The model home is designed with a variety of features to help give our clients options to think about.     

Our Concept

The Nordaas Owner-Contractor concept allows the customer to be totally involved in the planning and building process.  If the customer agrees, Nordaas can provide assistance with estimating cost, selecting, and coordinating preferred local subcontractors for their project.   This would include excavation, foundation, HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors.   The owner is then allowed to work with and hire the subcontractors that they feel comfortable with, not to mention the cost savings associated with the Owner-Contractor concept.   At Nordaas, our job is to help each customer through the entire process.
